Russian-speaking Portuguese entrepreneur and investor José Serra will tell how he turned an abandoned village in the mountains into an international center of arts and tourism.

He will also share a new project – to populate a neighboring village with founders of innovative projects from around the world! This project, with the participation of the famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, provides for the creation of all conditions for life and work. At the same time, residents will take part in the restoration of mountain nature on more than two hundred hectares.
