Liberty began in Madragoa, when we saw how much the neighbourhood wanted a proper brunch. We found a space, decorated it with good reading material, designed an original menu, and opened a place that brings together specialty coffee, low-intervention wine and a careful music selection.

It has become a meeting place — for locals and travellers who come as much for the company as for the food. Pet friendly, no reservations. Let’s all share the Liberty.
