Burundi Gahahe - Filter

The Gahahe Processing Station is located in Gahahe, Kayanza Province. The station is located at an altitude of 1,805 meters above sea level and is equipped with 10 fermentation tanks, 4 cherry sorting tables, 2 soaking tanks and 180 drying tables with 18 pre-drying tables. The station can process up to 750 tons of cherries per season.

The washing station is involved in several projects to help and support farmers, including a livestock project and a range of Farmer Hub projects aimed at strengthening cooperatives and improving yields.
